MitutoyoCommon faults and maintenance of Sanfeng grating ruler

Not displaying after connecting the power supply
（1）Check for broken wires and good plug contact;
（2）The power fuse is blown properly;
（3）Whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements;

（4）Check if the connection section with the grating ruler is in good contact;
（5）Recheck if the installation of the reading head meets the installation requirements;
（6）Check if the output signal of the grating ruler is normal

Inaccurate readings/Do not read numbers/System alarm
（1）Check if the grating ruler is installed correctly and if the fixing screws are loose
（2）Is the plug in good contact;
（3）Does the grating ruler collide with other components when moving
（4）Check if the precision of the machine tool guide rail motion pair is too low, causing changes in the working gap of the grating

It consists of two main parts: a grating ruler and a position control board. The grating ruler detects the actual displacement of the machine tool and outputs two signals related to the displacement amount and direction to the position control board of the CNC system, forming a fully closed-loop control system
